Sap Ying Kuen (Over 45 minutes)
Sap Ying
Kuen is an ancient Shaolin fighting form integrating the mastery of
the five animals (Dragon, Snake, Tiger, Leopard and Crane) and the
five elements of nature (Gold, Wood, Water, Fire and Earth). In
Chinese, Sap Ying means the ten forms and Kuen means fighting style.

Kung Gee Fook Fu Fist (Over 40 minutes)
This set of Hung Ga Kung Fu form originated from the Shaolin
temple and passed down by the famous Shaolin monk "Gee Sin Sim See".
It is the foundation set of Hung Ga Kung Fu. Gee Sin Sim See taught
his students all the fundamentals by teaching them this set. It
includes the internal breathing exercies called Dan Tin Hei Gong,
the Horse Stance(Say Ping Ma), 3 Star Hit (strengthening the

Wu Dip Jeung (Butterfly Palm) (Over 40

Butterfly Palm, as the name implies, concentrates
on the use of the palm.It is a set full of short range attacks and
sudden impacts. It is also a combination of quick transtion and
different stances, making this set a very useful set. It inclueds
the Tornado Kick, the groundflow technique (Di Tong Tui) and both
the attack and defence combination.
This set originated from
Shaolin Temple and was passed down by Lok Ah Choi, who is one of the
anchor grandmasters in Hung Ga Kung Fu. This fighting form is the
combination of the southern fist and the northern kick. It is a

Wong Fei Hung Butterfly Knives (Over 45

This is Grandmaster Wong Fei Hung's favorite
weapon. Wong Fei Hung was one of the greatest Kung Fu masters of all
time. Wong Fei Hung learned Kung Fu, and medicine, from his father
Wong Kai Ying. Wong Fei Hung started his Kung Fu training when he
was young. He is considered to be the father of modern day Hung Ga
and of direct lineage from Shaolin Temple. Later on he founded a
clinic and school called Bo Gee Lum, and helped people in need and
stood up for the right.
Wong Fei Hung's reputation was well
spread and his legacy still goes on today, as there have been over
100 movies made about him and the history of the Hung Ga Kung fu.
Even movie star Jet Li had acted as Wong Fei Hung. Every person who
is interested in Chinese Kung Fu knows about him. |

Shipping Rates:
Shipping cost for one
tape is $4.00 in the 48 U.S. states and Canada; add $3.00 for each
additional tape. For Puerto Rico, and Mexico; $5.00 for the first tape and
$3.00 for each additional tape. For Alaska and Hawaii and countries other
than U.S., $8.00 for the first tape plus $4.00 for each additional tape.
