Grandmaster Chiu Chi Ling at the 5th Edition of the Chinese Cultural Festival of Quebec

July 22nd and 23rd of 2006, on the square of the Church St-Roch,was held the 5th Edition of the Chinese Cultural Festival of Quebec. The honour guest of this 5th edition was no other one than the Grandmaster Chiu Chi Ling and the man was particularly in shape and excited with the idea to promote the festival.
